Who we are

Affordable Management Corporation (AMC) was established by HMW Partners Chartered Accountancy.

AMC provides participation, support and guides developers, investors and tenants in the Federal and State Government’s affordable housing scheme - National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS).

Specialising in NRAS applications, administration, compliance and management requirements, AMC will alleviate the ongoing, timely legislative and compliance requirements of the scheme.
