What Do I Do?

To obtain NRAS approval you are required to prepare an in-depth application addressing a range of criteria and for the application to be approved by the Federal Government’s Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaHCSIA). All applications are assessed as to their suitability to provide affordable housing and the demand within the site’s area.

Once approved there are a number of stringent ongoing legislation requirements that must be met.
